Yoga Wellness Center in Portola, California, is a trauma-informed yoga studio and teacher training school offering live, on-demand, and self-paced programs. I provide group yoga classes, private sessions, meditation, wellness memberships, and certification yoga teacher training.

Hey there, I'm Christina! I've been teaching yoga since 2008. My journey started as a way to heal from my own trauma, and now I love sharing what I’ve learned to help others feel grounded and free from overwhelming stress.

My work is rooted in lived experience. I know what it’s like to have a nervous system shaped by stress and survival — and I also know what it’s like to gently come back into safety, choice, and self-trust.

Yoga became a way for me to reconnect with my body in a kind, non-forceful way, and that continues to shape how I teach. I’m especially passionate about boundaries, consent, and helping people feel empowered rather than overwhelmed.

Whether I’m teaching locally or traveling to share this work, my intention is always the same: to support people in discovering their own inner steadiness, resilience, and potential.

As for my credentials, I am a Yoga Therapist, E-RYT500, YACEP, EFT Practitioner and Life Coach. I offer community yoga classes, workshops and trainings for all those wanting to learn more about stress management options and yoga.
